If Personal Credit Union is not acting like it should, you may need to adjust your browser settings to accept cookies. If the browser does not currently accept cookies, you may experience results such as the login page looping. In other words, you type in the log in ID, but when you click "log in" it comes right back to the same screen with no error messages. Sometimes you will make it past that part, but even after having registered your computer it asks you if you want to register as public or personal while asking a challenge question. Here is a possible solution to the problem (for Internet Explorer):



Step 1

Choose Internet Options
from the Tools menu.

(For IE 7, the menu is found
to the right of the screen.)



Step 2

Choose the Privacy tab
from the Internet Options
window that opens.

Use the slider on the left to
decrease the level of security
referring to cookies.




Step 3

Click on the "OK " button to
save the settings and give it
a try.

Suggestion:
Lower it to the
lowest setting and try to log
in to PCU. If it works, then it
is an issue related to cookie
settings.

Come back to this and
increase it a notch and try
again. Continue this until
you find the settings that
work for you.
