Member Audio Response Service
MARS makes it easy to use Alexandria USDA Federal Credit Union 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week. Just pick up the nearest touchtone phone and enjoy the system's features and capabilities, such as:

| MARS allows multiple transactions per call; | |
| Verify account balances; | |
| Verify share draft (check) clearings; | |
| Get current rates; | |
| Get investment and loan calculations; | |
| Transfer funds between your accounts; | |
| Make credit union loan payments; | |
| Make withdrawals by check; | |
| Transactions are itemized on monthly statement; |
Security features do not allow check withdrawals payable to other than primary account holder or check withdrawals addressed to other than primary account holder.
Calling MARS:
| Using a touchtone telephone, call MARS at 318-449-5525 or 800-264-5525. | |
| MARS will answer, thank you for your call, and
instruct you to enter your account number followed by #. NOTE: Once MARS answers, you may enter your information immediately without waiting for each prompt. | |
| After you respond, MARS will instruct you to enter your authorization code followed by #. | |
| After you respond, MARS will inform you to enter your transaction code request followed by #, or you may listen to all valid transaction codes by category by entering 99 followed by #. | |
| From this point, simply listen to and answer the MARS prompts using the transaction numbers (below) of your choice. It's as simple as that! |
MARS Usage Requirements and Information:
| Your member account number (see your statement) is required to utilize the system. | |
| Your share-type and loan suffixes (see your statement) are required to utilize the system. | |
| Your MARS authorization code is required to utilize the system. This can be any four (4) digit number you choose at the time you request activation of this service with a Member Services representative. You may also change it through MARS by entering 746 followed by #. | |
| All touchtone phone entries you make must be followed by #. This tells the system that your entry is completed. | |
| At the end of each call, MARS will give you a call number. This is your confirmation, or receipt, should you need to inquire about any particular call. |
